Today, I’m having a look at the White Noise White Beer from Yeastie Boys brewer. This intergalactic planetary fella rocks in at a 4.4% ABV and an IBU of 9. I’ve had a few brews from Yeastie Boys so far and they’ve all been great so here’s hoping this one is no different.
I eagerly crack open the tin and notice the funky, herbal aroma hitting the nose. The taste is quite a fresh fruity flavour almost and is generally refreshing on the tongue. There’s a slight bitterness to it and a bit of a tang but nothing to worry about, it wouldn’t catch you off guard and ruin the beer experience for you. It’s light to medium bodied and is really easy to drink. There’s not really much else to say on this other than, it does its job and sometimes that’s all you need really. No big fancy fireworks show, casual dress code, feet up on the sofa, just have a beer and enjoy yourself.
Out of 5? I’d give this a 3.2 Brass Monkeys out of 5.
G’luck,
