Happy St. Patrick’s Day! We might be still in the house with the snakes roaming free outside but we can still drown our shamrocks with some tasty cans.
Today’s tipple comes from the mighty BEER HUT brewery and it’s the Solo Series Citra India Pale Ale.
We love a good IPA here at CansAcrossTheWorld.com and this one looks great. The brew comes in the form of a 440ml can and has an ABV of 6%.
The pour is a hazy amber with a lovely, fluffy white head topping out the glass.
The aromas are just filling the air here. I’m getting notes of orange, apricot, peach and I can’t wait to have a sip at this stage.
The taste is orange, citrus fruits and the whole thing tastes so clean and light. There’s a nice sweetness to this with a bitter finish and a medium to light body so it’s very easily drank. Carbonation is quite light as well.
All in all, another banger from Beer Hut. My personal stand outs from them include The Bruce and HiFi so I’m not surprised this is a tasty can as well.
Oh and of course, their 2Player DIPA collab with Lacada brewing was the nectar of the Gods.
I’d give this 3.7 Citrabois out of 5
G’luck,
Seán
