Joining us today is the Session IPA by Crate brewery. It’s another 330ml can and it’s a very casual 3.6% which makes it a great pick-me-up beer. And as you can see from the photo, my wee pupper Bourbon decided he wanted into the photo (he even brought a toy). It’s such a smooth, fresh tasting beer and I could see us having a few of these during the 1 day of summer Ireland will probably get this year. Although, I hope we’re blessed with another heatwave like 2018. A bit of disclosure here, I’ve already had this beer and a few of its siblings inside Crate brewery itself during a recent trip to London. The brewery is located in Hackney and there’s a great little walk from the train to the brewery that takes you along the canals past London stadium. Oh! But if you’re over there, check out the 114.5m ArcelorMittal Orbit slide in Olympic park, it’s class.
