Jaipur, India Pale Ale (Thornbridge brewing)

This one is bitter to say the least. Not so bitter that its got lemons having sex within its hoppy finish, but enough so that it can be enjoyed without screwing your face up.

Citrusy and smoky finish means it would make a fantastic accompaniment to a curry. Jaipur tastes like a reduced version of Cobra. Like Cobra syrup, maybe?

I read about this one online recently and some snoot had commented on how the taste had become watery over the years? And sucks to be you for not getting to try it back in the day……..I’m not so sure about that.

I can say with certainty that the 330ml bottle boasts a 5.9% volume making it a good dinner beer. Due to its flavor you’ll not be pounding these back at any accelerated pace.

And also I can confidently state that no one likes a beer snob 😉
